Congratulatory Message to An Illustrious Member of the 2010 NLS Call Set; Ademola Abimbola SAN

The Nigerian Law School, 2010 Call set, heartily congratulates one of its own for again beaming the torch of the 2010 NLS Call set. This great achievement has again placed the NLS 2010 Call set on the spotlight.

The class through its Class President, Hon. Chinedu Maduba Esq., proudly and heartily congratulates one of its illustrious member, Ademola Abimbola SAN, on his elevation to the inner bar on the 30th of September, 2024 at the Supreme Court of Nigeria. This prestigious elevation to the summit of the legal career is a feat that has been achieved in reasonable time and we are deeply proud of same.

*On behalf of the class, permit me to congratulate you on your elevation to the inner bar. I must say that you have proven that this set is not a walk over or just an addition to the number. We are indeed making our marks in the sands of time. Your elevation makes it 2 gentlemen from our set now seating at the inner bar. It's great to see this happen in quick succession after Mr. Michael Numa, SAN who forever holds the record as the first Senior Advocate of Nigeria from the NLS 2010 Call Set. I must commend your doggedness, humility, hardworking and tenacious effort in achieving this feat against all odds. Indeed you have done noble.

We, the 2010 NLS Call set, are deeply proud and overjoyed to celebrate the well-deserved elevation to the inner bar of our dear colleague.
Gradually, we can proudly say that the NLS 2010 Call Set has produced Senior Advocates of Nigeria, several Justices of the High Courts, members of the State and National Assemblies, Deputy governors, magistrates, Bar Leaders, etc. Indeed we are making our marks and I can beat my chest that we are just starting, as a matter of fact, we are still scratching the surface. The tsunami of NLS 2010 Call Set is about to unfold.

My dear brother now of the inner bar, I believe and I'm convinced beyond all reasonable doubts that this elevation will be a point of contact for greater achievements for our set. We trust to see more elevations to the inner bar, appointments as Justices of the High courts and other higher courts of the land including political appointments in quick succession.

The sky is our limit, we are going ahead and we will do better.
I am convinced that as you push on in the practice of law, you will be a shinning light and role model and excellent example to your colleagues at the bar.
