NBA CONSTITUTION REVIEW COMMITTEE: CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDA

Kindly recall that the leadership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) recently set up a Constitution Review Committee with the mandate to set in motion the processes to further amend the extant Constitution of the NBA.

Consequently, the Constitution Review Committee by a Notice signed by its Secretary - Mr. Orji A. Uka, hereby calls for contributions in form of Memoranda from members of the Association on any matter that will facilitate the actualisation of the aims and objectives of the NBA and bring the NBA Constitution in line with best practices for leading global professional associations like the NBA.

All proposals and memoranda, addressed to the Chairman of the Committee, are to be submitted to the National Secretariat at NBA House, Plot 1101 Muhammadu Buhari Way, Central Business District, FCT Abuja not later than 21 days from the date of this publication i.e. by 6pm on 19 April 2021 or they may be sent electronically to the email address of the committee’s Secretariat namely nbaconstitutionreviewcommittee@nigerianbar.org.ng
