His Excellency Soseipiriye Long Williams Esq. Chairman of the Governing Council and Distinguished Learned Members of the Eastern Bar Forum (EBF) heartily celebrate Vitalis Ihedigbo Esq. of NBA Ihiala Branch as he clocks a year older today.
